What warranty does my unit have?

Omni One Core comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Any commercial or enterprise use is not permitted and will void this warranty.

Can I use my system commercially or for enterprise purposes?

What is Omni Connect?

Omni One Core uses Omni Connect, an application designed for Windows PCs, to effortlessly link the Omni One treadmill to your PC via Bluetooth. Omni Connect works by emulating a handheld game controller, transmitting your physical movement to the game and replacing traditional controller input with your real-world movements on the Omni One treadmill.

Can I upgrade to Omni One later?

Yes, customers can purchase the customized Pico 4E headset and controllers from our store to fully enjoy the complete Omni One experience.

What is the difference between Omni One and Omni One Core?

Omni One is a complete, plug-and-play VR system that includes a treadmill, a customized Pico 4E headset, and controllers, optimized for the Omni One game store.
