What headsets are compatible with Omni One Core?

Any headset that can connect to PC and SteamVR, including all PC-compatible headsets from Meta, HTC, and Pico.

What warranty does my unit have?

Omni One Core comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

I’m outside of the U.S. Can I order a unit?

Omni One Core deliveries are currently in the continental U.S. We’ll expand internationally once we’re ready to support non-U.S. customers.

What is Omni Connect?

Omni One Core uses Omni Connect, an application designed for Windows PCs, to effortlessly link the Omni One treadmill to your PC via Bluetooth. Omni Connect works by emulating a handheld game controller, transmitting your physical movement to the game and replacing traditional controller input with your real-world movements on the Omni One treadmill.

Can I upgrade to Omni One later?

Yes, customers can purchase the customized Pico 4E headset and controllers from our store to fully enjoy the complete Omni One experience.
